(11-24-2009) POOL MANAGER / SWIMMING COACH NEEDED 2010: Seeking a qualified individual to manage the daily operations, hire and manage a staff for a Country Club Pool Facility in Havertown, PA. The successful candidate must have prior experience at a country club facility. Demonstrates leadership, strong inter- personal skills, ability to work within an operating budget, knowledge of daily maintenance of water quality, be a swimming teacher and coach with life saving skills. The candidate must have a complete knowledge of all state and federal laws pertaining to the safe operation of a pool. Prefer the candidate has a Pennsylvania Pesticide applicator’s license. Hiring Life Saving Personnel
Scheduling work hours for Lifeguards
Coordinating, scheduling, and delivering swim lessons
Maintain pool environment to state and county health standards
Maintain a clean and safe pool area for members
Deliver a fun and enjoyable experience for all Pool members
Coach swim team with 140 members ranging in ages from 4 to18
Develop lineups for swim meets and swim championships\
Coach and mentor lifeguards as assistant swim coaches
Deliver a fun and enjoyable swim team experience for all swim team members including the very young
Hours of operations 10:00am to 8:00pm, practice held before opening
Must be available from Memorial Day through Labor Day
Must have a Mature and positive attitude
